Sales Representative
Sales representatives are responsible for the preservation and expansion of our client's brand, through direct-marketing tactics. The preferred candidate for this position would exemplify exceptional communication and problem solving skills.
Team Lead
Team Leads are the teachers and mentors of the team. The responsibilities of this position include selecting and properly training new team members. The highest priority of a Team Lead is to oversee the training process in the office and conduct quality control on the results of the training program.
Junior Partner
A Junior Partner will start to see more responsibilities pertaining the back-end side of the business such as submitting payroll, learning the budgeting system, and the planning and execution of expansion projects. Junior partners are well versed in all aspects of our retail marketing strategies.
Partner
Partners start at the entry level, from the Sales Representative position and are hired from within. As a partner, the responsibilities include overseeing all local retail campaigns, ensuring we produce the best, in-class representation. Simultaneously, the Partner will oversee the progress of the management training program.
